My daughter and I both had a Reiki session with Norma at Harp to Heart, and it was such a beautiful experience. Norma is such a kind and gentle soul. From the moment I met her, I felt completely comfortable, heard and understood. I was able to relax so easily with her, it honestly felt like I had known her for a long time. The whole session was exactly what I needed. Norma plays the harp so beautifully, and combined with the Reiki and the gorgeous space she has created, the whole experience was incredibly calming and peaceful. The space itself feels like a warm hug. I walked away feeling relaxed, lighter and very grateful for the experience. Norma is a calm presence in what can otherwise feel like chaos. From the moment I met her, she made me feel welcome, free to speak without judgment, and most importantly, truly heard. She took the time to understand exactly where I was at and met me there with genuine care. Even before our session began, she offered intuitive insight that was perfectly suited to what I needed. For the first time in five decades, I was able to truly rest and receive. I actually fell asleep, which is normally a real struggle for me, and that only deepened the healing. By the end of the session I felt calm and grounded, able to move forward instead of staying caught in the storm. I can't thank Norma enough for her kindness, wisdom, and the beautiful space she held for me.
Norma gave me an amazing experience. I don't know how she did it, but she pulled out of me, a lot of my own self limiting beliefs, self doubt, and past oppressed feelings, and I felt so energised after her session. Working with Norma was a beautifully, clarifying, profound experience. I’ve had experiences with reiki before though with Norma there was a depth and revelation that felt especially unique.
