Introduction to SoulCollage® Day

A spacious, creative day of inner listening

The Introduction to SoulCollage® Day is a relaxed, immersive experience for those who are new to the SoulCollage® process and curious to explore a creative path of self-reflection and inner wisdom.

Held in Melbourne, this full-day offering provides a grounded introduction to SoulCollage®, guided through meditation, intuitive card-making, reflective journaling, and gentle sharing. The emphasis is on experience rather than instruction, allowing meaning to arise organically through direct engagement with image and symbol.

SoulCollage® is a gentle yet powerful creative process in which you create your own personal deck of cards — a visual language through which different aspects of your inner world can speak and be heard.

No artistic experience is needed.
Only a willingness to listen inwardly.

What the Day Offers

Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through a flowing sequence of experiences, which may include:

  • Centring and guided meditations to support inner listening

  • Intuitive selection of images and creation of SoulCollage® cards

  • A reflective process that allows the cards to “speak” in their own voice

  • Journaling and reflective exploration

  • Spacious time for rest, integration, and quiet insight

Participants are invited to create several SoulCollage® cards and begin listening to the unique voice of their images — discovering how this practice can become an ongoing companion for self-reflection, insight, and inner guidance.

Many people find this day becomes the beginning of a continuing SoulCollage® practice.

If you’d like to learn more about the SoulCollage® process, you can explore the SoulCollage® page here.

Throughout the day, there’s also a gentle introduction to the wider landscape of SoulCollage®, including how cards are held within different suits, opening a deeper understanding of the practice as a whole.

The day unfolds at a gentle pace, allowing each person to engage in a way that feels respectful of their own rhythm.

How This Day Is Held

You’re invited to meet the SoulCollage® process through image, intuition, and reflection — allowing understanding to unfold naturally.

There is no pressure to complete anything, share anything, or “get it right.”
Everything offered is invitational and held with care.

The day concludes with a reflective closing ritual, allowing space to reflect on what has emerged and to carry the experience forward. This closing is accompanied by live harp music, supporting a sense of integration and completion.

“Through SoulCollage®, I’ve experienced meaningful personal growth. I feel deeply supported by Norma’s grounded, intuitive facilitation and the gentle way she holds space through meditation, reflection, and her harp music. I’m very grateful for the SoulCollage® process and the care with which Norma offers this work, both in person and online.”
