About Reiki Level One (Shoden)
Reiki Level One, also known as Shoden, introduces you to Reiki as both a healing practice and a way of living with greater presence, awareness, and care.
This in-person Reiki course in Melbourne is taught over two full days and offers a grounded, supportive learning environment where experience is valued just as much as understanding.
You’ll be guided gently, with time for practice, reflection, and integration — allowing Reiki to be felt, not rushed.
What You’ll Learn in the Reiki Level One Course
During this Reiki Level One training, you will explore:

The history and lineage of Usui Reiki Ryoho, as taught by Mikao Usui Sensei

You’ll receive a comprehensive training manual and a certificate recognised by leading Reiki Associations upon completion.
How This Course Is Offered
This Reiki Level One course is held in person in Melbourne and taught in small, supportive groups, allowing space for personal guidance, questions, and a relaxed pace of learning.
If you’re unable to attend the group course, Reiki Level One is also available in a one-to-one training format with Norma, offered with the same care, depth, and integrity as the group experience.
